GMS reserves the right to refrain from engaging in any municipal bond transaction in its sole and absolute discretion. Any indication of price is a subject bid or offer and for the quantity provided.

GMS may not be able to provide a bid or an evaluation on a particular municipal bond in certain circumstances, including but not limited to the following: (i) the bond has not traded in the municipal bond secondary marketplace within the previous three (3) months; (ii) the issuer is delinquent in fulfilling its continuing disclosure obligations relating to financial data; (iii) the bond was issued as part of private placement and/or without the use of an Official Statement in connection with original offering; or (iv) the bond has a face value less than $5,000.

GMS may not be able to offer for sale or evaluate a particular municipal bond offering that; (i) is not currently available in the secondary municipal bond marketplace; (ii) is not in the opinion of GMS a suitable investment based on an investor’s financial profile, financial objective, risk tolerance etc.; or (iii) the issuer is delinquent in fulfilling its continuing disclosure obligations relating to financial data.
